Are you passionate about getting involved in projects that make a difference in your community? We are looking for dedicated volunteers to join our team to help us make a positive impact.

Stewarding an event can be very rewarding and with our festivals, we try our best to make it as great an experience as possible for everyone involved. It also looks great on your CV.

Whether you're a food enthusiast, an artist, a green thumb or simply someone with a flair for connecting with others, setting up a stall is your chance to get the word out there or show the locals what you can do.

Are you an aspiring musician? Maybe you're a dancer who wants to show off your skills solo
or within a group? If you have an entertaining talent you'd like to bring to the table,
our event could be your stage.

Parade

Parade

The parade is a huge part of our events which we would like to welcome everyone to dress up for. Look out for the theme for our next festival and come along in your best costumes.

Sponsorships and donations help us greatly in making St Leonards Festival the best it can be, meaning we can, in turn, contribute more to the community through our events. If you're a business, you may get more social media coverage through our marketing.

What to expect

What should you expect as a volunteer?

No experience is needed as training will be given on the day.

A positive and helpful attitude is encouraged.

Refreshments are provided for stewards.

A few hours of your day are required.

Manning roadblocks

Backstage hospitality

Collecting feedback

Accompanying the parade

Litter picking

Attending information stand
